Tony and Kyle conducted boiler service, repairs and recommendations for improvements and costs provided promptly to enable decision making. When an unrelated issue subsequently occurred resulting in a loss of heating Graeme arrived within a couple of hours, proceeded to trouble shoot to identify the issue and fixed it quickly. He took the time to explain the issue clearly to me, reviewed the recommendations previously provided and advised on options. Customer service from the engineers and Stacey was excellent throughout.
