We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The plumber took all the time needed to get our heating and hot water system working perfectly and explained everything clearly along the way. They made sure we understood how to use our new boiler and app before leaving, which was so helpful. Professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish – highly recommended.

When an unrelated issue subsequently occurred resulting in a loss of heating Graeme arrived within a couple of hours, proceeded to trouble shoot to identify the issue and fixed it quickly. He took the time to explain the issue clearly to me, reviewed the recommendations previously provided and advised on options. Customer service from the engineers and Stacey was excellent throughout.
