Tony and Kyle conducted boiler service, repairs and recommendations for improvements and costs provided promptly to enable decision making. When an unrelated issue subsequently occurred resulting in a loss of heating Graeme arrived within a couple of hours, proceeded to trouble shoot to identify the issue and fixed it quickly. He took the time to explain the issue clearly to me, reviewed the recommendations previously provided and advised on options. Customer service from the engineers and Stacey was excellent throughout. I've used CozyHeat Plumbing a few times now. Easy to book and you know what price you're likely to pay as they use a very fair hourly price rate that's displayed on their website (not hidden or buried like some other companies). When I've phoned to book, the person who's answered the phone has always talked me through the work I'm needing done to help accurately estimate the likely time and potential parts needed meaning there's never been any shock with the final billing invoice. They also helped with some advice on what radiators to purchase which made the job smoother as flooring/pipework didn't need adjusted. Kyle the engineer (who's been out for all three of the jobs I've had done) is great. He's arrived on time, communicates what he's going to be doing well, works efficiently and keeps things clean and tidy. They also send you an email and text reminder of your appointment the day before, which is nice as it reassures you that someone is definitely going to turn up. Happy to recommend to others.

Great service. Engineer Kyle, who serviced our boiler, was knowledgeable and informative. He explained what the service involved and gave advice on how to preserve boilers longevity. Only drawback is the two hour appointment window which I only found out about when I received my order confirmation.

Great company to do business with. Great advice and great service. Got them to add a MagnaClean filter to the central heating and - Kyle the engineer(brilliant guy) - took care of it all. No fuss no mess, just an efficient job, checked all the rads, rebalanced the rads, all great. Company comms is superb - email to confirm arrival date, reminder the day before (both email and messaging), and turned up when expected. Online pricing and online booking - could not do a better job. Thanks guys !
