So we booked Cozy Heat to do a service on the boiler in a house we’d only moved to in the previous year. CO leak found and boiler condemned. Eek! Seb, who had to deliver the bad news explained the issues thoroughly and quickly arranged to have a quote drawn up for a new boiler. This came through the same day and was extremely reasonable. Given the efficiency of work and comms from Seb, wasn’t a surprise that availability to fit a new boiler was an issue. This happened during the cold snap in November so we had to look elsewhere (and paid more ultimately) to get a new boiler fitted quickly but if it had been in warmer months, would have absolutely waited for Cozy’s availability. Would 100% recommend them based on our experience.

Tony and Kyle conducted boiler service, repairs and recommendations for improvements and costs provided promptly to enable decision making. When an unrelated issue subsequently occurred resulting in a loss of heating Graeme arrived within a couple of hours, proceeded to trouble shoot to identify the issue and fixed it quickly. He took the time to explain the issue clearly to me, reviewed the recommendations previously provided and advised on options. Customer service from the engineers and Stacey was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

I've used CozyHeat Plumbing a few times now. Easy to book and you know what price you're likely to pay as they use a very fair hourly price rate that's displayed on their website (not hidden or buried like some other companies). When I've phoned to book, the person who's answered the phone has always talked me through the work I'm needing done to help accurately estimate the likely time and potential parts needed meaning there's never been any shock with the final billing invoice. They also helped with some advice on what radiators to purchase which made the job smoother as flooring/pipework didn't need adjusted. Kyle the engineer (who's been out for all three of the jobs I've had done) is great. He's arrived on time, communicates what he's going to be doing well, works efficiently and keeps things clean and tidy. They also send you an email and text reminder of your appointment the day before, which is nice as it reassures you that someone is definitely going to turn up. Happy to recommend to others.
